It has been a little over a month since our bathroom was finished. It's beautiful and we're so very satisfied with all the work that was done. Our bathroom was dated 1950s/1980s and it was taken down to studs and transformed in a week's time. We love the walk-in shower. We have a window and BathPro installed and sealed composite moulding around it to keep out what few splashes land there, and it is easy to dry around it after showering. Shawn and all his employees know bathrooms. Our plumbing and electrical features improved and all workmanship was/is excellent. The crew was professional, courteous, neat, organized, and hard-working every day. All materials used are quality. When we met Shawn, he made it easy to select the shower walls, doors, cabinets, vanity top, and flooring. I just had to replace my old light sconces and decide on a paint color after that. The first was to replace a tub and toilet with a walk-in shower and new toilet. The second was a complete remodel - down to the studs. Our experience was excellent from start to finish. Bath Pro was responsive and helpful from start to finish. But what we really appreciated was the care and exemplary work ethic demonstrated by the guys who did the work. They used a two-person crew for the most part, with others coming in as needed for specific things. The 2 guys who came daily (Jimmy and Seth) were punctual, dedicated and worked hard! If I had a specific request, I didn't have to ask twice. They also came up with a creative way to use a small space and built it out for us even though it wasn't in the original scope. At the end of the day they cleaned everything up so we weren't tripping over anything. Plus they were polite and nice guys! Both jobs were completed in a 2-week time period. We had two projects with BathPro of Western PA, remodeling the master bath and then sheetrock installation for large openings in ceilings and walls resulting from repairs of leaking copper pipes. Their team was excellent to work with. They took precautions to control dust and cleaned up the work sites at the end of each day. We had a total bathroom remodel in Bethel Park, PA. Our BathPro Team did an awesome job. Communication was good, clean up happened at the end of each day and any questions we had were answered right away. We were very involved throughout the process. Our Team worked hard and made a beautiful new bathroom for us. I would recommend BathPro to anyone who needs a total bathroom makeover/redo!!
