For this home in Allison Park, we removed a tight, standard tub/shower combo and did a full tub-to-shower conversion to create a luxurious, accessible walk-in oasis. Backed by a high-end color palette and premium stone textures, this bathroom now feels incredibly expansive, modern, and built to last. The Problem: The original bathroom layout was restricted by an outdated, builder grade acrylic tub and shower combo with a vinyl curtain that closed off the room. The single vanity offered limited counter space, and the old linoleum flooring lacked a modern, premium feel. The Result: We performed a seamless tub-to-shower conversion, installing a massive 36″x60″ shower with a custom full bench seat, smooth walls, a stunning Champagne Beverage glass mosaic border, a recessed niche, and soon we will finish off this epic transformation with clear custom Onyx glass doors. For this transformation, we added a gorgeous “Sullivan” style double vanity in a bold Midnight/Matte finish with a premium “Corso” Quartz top and dual rectangle undermount sinks, all set beautifully against newly installed MSI “Glenridge Lits Grey” luxury vinyl flooring.

The space lacked storage, felt closed off, and featured an old tile floor with an outdated heating system that needed to be entirely replaced. The Result: We opened up the layout by removing the old shower wall and tub surround. We then installed a spacious walk-in shower with built-in bench seating and laid down beautiful Karndean luxury flooring in “Washed Character Oak”. The upgrade is tied together by a striking custom Alden vanity featuring a premium 52×15″ Calcutta Rio Quartz top, modern matte black hardware, a relocated heated towel bar, and a safety-focused angled ADA grab bar.
