I waited for a bit before writing this review because I wanted to ensure our tub to shower conversion was working as expected, and it is! First I want to commend our sales person, Tyler, who came to our home to determine what we wanted. He was low key and never pressured us for a sale. During his first visit he graciously left us the entire Onyx Collection sample box to keep so we could decide which if any of the samples were what we wanted. During his second visit to our home we signed the contract and he informed us that this was the final price no matter what the installers discovered when doing the work meaning no surprise price increases after the work was started. If they have to rebuild a wall or the floor or move the floor drain the price wouldn't change. I like that guarantee that most contractors never give. It took 3 days to complete our install but the work was done perfectly by our team of installers, Jeff our lead installer and Seth. We have high ceilings in our bathroom, almost 8 feet, and our hallway leading to the bathroom on the 2nd floor is narrow with 2 90 degree turns. Initially, Tyler was fairly certain that the sheets of Onyx wouldn't fit up our hallway without cutting them into 2 pieces to shorten them. Jeff took a look at the hall and determined they would try to take the entire length of each Onyx panel up to our bathroom which means they could eliminate the seam needed if the panels were cut. It wasn't easy by any means but with much patience and a lot of heavy lifting Jeff and Seth were able to carry full sized pieces to our bathroom to install them as whole panels without any seams. This was preferred by us but I never asked them to try to use whole panels, Jeff just decided on his own to make it happen. One other point is that some of our baseboard needed to be removed to expand the thickness of one of our walls. Not only was the wall expanded but a new piece of baseboard was installed to complete the finish. Some people told me that the price was too high, that it should only cost some amount that they thought was right price. We paid a higher premium price than some of the other companies that are constantly running their ads and their mouths about how great they are. But what these companies don't tell you is that they are not certified to install the Onyx Collection where as Bath Pro is. I also will point out the one price guarantee and the quality of the work we received gave us peace of mind. Oh, I almost forgot to say that they cleaned up all the mess made. Had a complete full bath remodel done May 2026. I did my homework and got 4 quotes done before choosing Bath Pro. The Bath Pro quote was slightly higher than the others (just about $500 more), but I am very glad I chose Bath Pro. Bath Pro was extremely thorough and attentive. They replaced the sub flooring and plumbing piping; and included really nice floor trimming. I'm not sure if they have a design team or what, but all they asked me was what color I wanted the sink cabinet to be; and then included perfect color and design for the floor trimming. They went above my expectations by including little things like painting the bathroom door to match the colors, and adding a door jam because I didn't have one. I had to wait to have the work begin, and was experiencing some pretty bad leaks in the shower due to age and status of my old bathroom; so Bath Pro came out and did a great patch job around the shower to hold me over until the job could begin. It's those little things that set them apart of the other companies I received quotes from. The little things really do make a huge difference. Every day they cleaned up perfectly, and the crew ended up finishing 2 days earlier than expected. There is a bit of a wait list, and now you know why :). The crew worked so hard (even having to rework unexpected drain plumbing issues), and they had my bathroom done in 4 days. They did their best to keep my home as clean as can be through it all, while removing debris at the end of each work day. Do not hesitate to call BathPro. I highly recommend this company to all !!

No rush job. The workers assigned to us were Jeff, Jr and Rege. Took our bathroom down to the studs. No cutting of corners. In fact felt easy enough with them that if we had to go somewhere during the day to just leave them here to do the job. If they had a question they asked, didn’t assume. The bathroom remodel took about 6 1/2 days to complete but you can tell by looking at it that is was done professionally. If anyone needs a bathroom remodel we highly recommend Bathpro.
