We had two projects with BathPro of Western PA, remodeling the master bath and then sheetrock installation for large openings in ceilings and walls resulting from repairs of leaking copper pipes. Their team was excellent to work with. They took precautions to control dust and cleaned up the work sites at the end of each day. I first saw Bath Pro at the Pittsburgh Home Show. I’ve wanted to get a new bath tub for a long time. I knew I wanted a metal tub – no fiberglass, no over tub, etc. The folks in the “booth” that day at the home show were very helpful. I think it was Shawn. I believe we made an appointment then for a visit and an estimate. After meeting with the representative and hearing his explanation of how the process would work – I was sold! When the date was scheduled, it only took them two days to remove my old metal PINK tub and replace it with a beautiful metal tub with grab bars and subway tile surround. Thank you Bath Pro!

We have an older home with a shower/tub and tiled walls. The old subway tile was cemented onto corrugated metal sheeting. We wanted the tile and tub removed, and a new shower installed. Removing the tile and metal sheeting could have been extremely difficult. BathPro handled the assignment properly. After removing the tub, Path Pro showed me some structural issues and explained why they needed to be corrected. I understood why the corrections were needed. Bath Pro was responsive to some design concerns we had and willingly incorporated them into the finished shower. There was also a need for some woodwork/trim to be created and painted which BathPro completed, making the shower area and bathroom look fantastic. Equally important, Bath Pro kept their traffic areas clean and let very, very little dust get outside the bathroom. The shower walls, base and features they recommended were sturdy, colorful and professionally installed.

It’s a rare treat these days to work with an honest salesman who has the crew to back things up. Sean was honest with us and told us what we needed and what we didn’t, and Jeff and his crew made good on every promise. While the guys hit some stumbling blocks that concerned us, they went out of their way to do things right. They made the bathroom useable during and tolerated us keeping an eye on their work. “We are so happy with the bathroom renovation that was completed at my mother’s house. She was in need of a more spacious bathroom (handicap accessible). Went to the home show at the Pittsburgh Convention Center looking for companies that would be able to complete the project needed. Had several companies come out and give us options and quotes. Needless to say the last one was Bath Pro, so glad we talked with them. From the day we met with Shawn, we knew his company was for us. This company I would recommend highly to everybody looking to have a bathroom remodeled. We were told it would take a good week to complete, and he was honest and upfront about everything that needed to be completed. My mother has a brain injury which requires her to have 24 hr care, and they were so accommodating, with the needs for her. Never had any issues, all the workers that came were professional, caring and respectful. They made sure to cover all furniture and floors when doing the demolition. At the end of every day the house was cleaned before they left. The job was completed when promised, and now able to get mom in and showered safely without any issues thanks to the wonderful job completed by Bath Pro. Highly recommend.”
