October 2026 An outdated bathroom can make an otherwise functional space feel like it’s stuck in the past. For this October bathroom transformation, Bath Pro of Western PA helped give an older bathroom a fresh, modern look with updated finishes, improved storage, and thoughtful features designed to make everyday routines more convenient and comfortable. The Problem: The original bathroom featured dated pink tile surrounding the bathtub, an older tub and shower setup with a traditional shower curtain, and an aging vanity with outdated fixtures. While the bathroom served its purpose, the older finishes made the space feel dated, and the shower area lacked some of the modern conveniences’ homeowners appreciate today. The goal was to create a cleaner, more updated appearance while incorporating practical features that would make the bathroom more comfortable and functional for everyday use. The Result: We transformed the space with a new Onyx shower system featuring a beautiful gray, marble inspired pattern that gives the bathroom a more contemporary look. The new shower includes a built-in shower bench for added comfort and convenience, along with an ultra-wide recessed niche that provides generous storage space for the whole family’s shower essentials. October 2026 Each and every great bathroom transition starts with a vision, and for this Pittsburgh bathroom it was no different. This bathroom was in need of a major refresh, and BathPro helped turn the space into a more modern, comfortable, and functional bathroom with updated finishes and a brand new walk-in shower. The Problem:Before the remodel the bathroom was showing its age. The floor was worn, walls needed attention and the existing tub and shower area wall all around ready for an upgrade. Between the dated finishes and layout that was in need of an upgrade the space was ready for a transformation that would improve both its appearance and every day functionality. The Result:The finished bathroom featured a new walk-in shower with smooth, light grey Santorini walls extending to the ceiling and a clear glass sliding door with stainless steel hardware. The updated shower design created a clean modern look while still retaining that feeling of refreshed bathroom. Practical features were also incorporated into the new shower such as a recessed storage niche, handheld shower head, fold down shower seat, and grab bar added for convenience and support. Outside of the shower, the bathroom received sage colored vanity[…..]
September 2026 Sometimes a bathroom doesn’t need a completely new footprint to feel like an entirely new space. This Carnegie master bathroom transformation proves just how much of a difference the right updates can make. The original bathroom featured a large jetted tub, enclosed shower, dated tile flooring, and an older vanity with limited modern functionality. The homeowners wanted to bring the space up to date while creating a bathroom that felt more open, comfortable, and practical while still keeping the separate shower and tub option. The Problem:The original bathroom featured an enclosed shower with an outdated door, a large jetted tub, dated tile flooring, and an older vanity and cabinetry. While the space was functional, the overall design felt dated and lacked some of the modern features and storage the homeowners wanted. The Result:We transformed the space with a new 36″ × 68″ walk-in shower featuring smooth Belagio walls, a built-in bench with an Onyx top, a recessed niche for convenient storage, and a handheld showerhead. The oversized jetted tub was replaced with a more functional, better-sized tub complete with a grab bar to assist with getting in and out. The result gives the homeowners the best of both[…..]
September 2026This Carnegie bathroom was ready for a fresh, modern update. We transformed the existing tub/shower area into a spacious new shower while giving the rest of the bathroom a complete refresh with new cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and finishes. The Problem:The original bathroom had an older tub/shower combination and dated finishes throughout the space. The existing layout also didn’t provide the modern storage, functionality, and shower features the homeowners wanted. The Result:We removed the existing tub/shower and created a 36″ × 68″ walk-in shower with smooth Belagio shower walls extending all the way to the ceiling. A recessed shower niche provides convenient storage, while a built-in bench with an Onyx top adds both comfort and functionality. The new shower also features a handheld shower head and updated fixtures. The rest of the bathroom received a major upgrade as well. We installed a new Northbrook vanity in Driftwood, a coordinating vanity top with white undermount sinks, new faucets, additional cabinetry, and a frameless rectangular mirror. New Karndean River Marble flooring gives the space a fresh, updated foundation, while new windows, trim, paint, and bathroom accessories complete the transformation. The finished bathroom is more spacious, functional, and modern, with thoughtful features designed[…..]
