We had bids from 4 different companies for a tub to shower conversion. BathPro was the least expensive. We found the owner (Shawn) professional, yet very down to earth and personable. He took note of every thing that we said we wanted, and gave that info to the installers. The installers were professional, yet friendly.They arrived when they said they would, and they had it finished in 2 days! They were careful to not to allow any dust to enter any other room from the bathroom. When finished, they left the bathroom spotless. We absolutely love our new shower. I posted some pictures on Facebook and I got a lot of “likes” and “loves”. Peopled commented things like “lovely”, “beautiful”, and “gorgeous”. I agree.

I first saw Bath Pro at the Pittsburgh Home Show. I’ve wanted to get a new bath tub for a long time. I knew I wanted a metal tub – no fiberglass, no over tub, etc. The folks in the “booth” that day at the home show were very helpful. I think it was Shawn. I believe we made an appointment then for a visit and an estimate. After meeting with the representative and hearing his explanation of how the process would work – I was sold! When the date was scheduled, it only took them two days to remove my old metal PINK tub and replace it with a beautiful metal tub with grab bars and subway tile surround. Thank you Bath Pro!

We have an older home with a shower/tub and tiled walls. The old subway tile was cemented onto corrugated metal sheeting. We wanted the tile and tub removed, and a new shower installed. Removing the tile and metal sheeting could have been extremely difficult. BathPro handled the assignment properly. After removing the tub, Path Pro showed me some structural issues and explained why they needed to be corrected. I understood why the corrections were needed. Bath Pro was responsive to some design concerns we had and willingly incorporated them into the finished shower. There was also a need for some woodwork/trim to be created and painted which BathPro completed, making the shower area and bathroom look fantastic. Equally important, Bath Pro kept their traffic areas clean and let very, very little dust get outside the bathroom. The shower walls, base and features they recommended were sturdy, colorful and professionally installed.

Bath Pro sent a crew on the first day and they worked on our job every day until it was complete. Our bathroom is beautiful and workmanship was outstanding. No job ever goes completely without problems, there was a problem with one of our shower panels and Bath Pro had one of their employees drive St Louis to get a new panel and bring it back to keep the job on schedule. It’s a rare treat these days to work with an honest salesman who has the crew to back things up. Sean was honest with us and told us what we needed and what we didn’t, and Jeff and his crew made good on every promise. They installed flooring, a new bathroom, and they remodeled our old bathroom and gave us exactly what we wanted. If you want to work with an all star outfit, these are the guys. To show you how classy they were, they filled in the holes their truck left in the driveway with additional gravel. It sounds dumb, But that kind of touch shows me that this is a company willing to go the distance to correct any mistakes they make.. Went to the home show at the Pittsburgh Convention Center looking for companies that would be able to complete the project needed. Had several companies come out and give us options and quotes. This company I would recommend highly to everybody looking to have a bathroom remodeled. We were told it would take a good week to complete, and he was honest and upfront about everything that needed to be completed. My mother has a brain injury which requires her to have 24 hr care, and they were so accommodating, with the needs for her. Never had any issues, all the workers that came were professional, caring and respectful. They made sure to cover all furniture and floors when doing the demolition. At the end of every day the house was cleaned before they left. The job was completed when promised, and now able to get mom in and showered safely without any issues thanks to the wonderful job completed by Bath Pro. Highly recommend.”
