June 2026 This stunning transformation in Jeanette shows exactly how removing a bulky, unused fixture can completely maximize a rooms potential! We tore out an old, oversized corner tub surround and a heavy dividing shower wall to completely open up the floor plan. In its place, we created a seamless, highly functional layout featuring a massive low barrier custom shower and an expanded luxury vanity station. The Problem: The original bathroom was taken over by an awkward, hard-to-clean corner soaking tub and a heavy dividing wall that completely split up the room. The space lacked storage, felt closed off, and featured an old tile floor with an outdated heating system that needed to be entirely replaced. The Result: We opened up the layout by removing the old shower wall and tub surround. We then installed a spacious walk-in shower with built-in bench seating and laid down beautiful Karndean luxury flooring in “Washed Character Oak”. The upgrade is tied together by a striking custom Alden vanity featuring a premium 52×15″ Calcutta Rio Quartz top, modern matte black hardware, a relocated heated towel bar, and a safety-focused angled ADA grab bar.

This allowed us to turn a cramped, outdated bathroom into a spacious, luxury oasis with a massive walk-in shower and a gorgeous double vanity. The Problem: The original bathroom was tight and severely lacked storage and counter space. It featured an outdated pink sink vanity, a standard cramped tub/shower combo, and a layout that felt completely closed off from the rest of the space. The Result: We blew out the wall to add 4 feet of space, installing a spacious 60″x34″ walk-in shower featuring beautiful white travertine pattern walls and a semi-frameless rain glass door. We paired it with an elegant Select Alder double vanity in a warm “Cashew” finish, premium Seashell tops with undermount porcelain sinks, oil-rubbed bronze hardware, modern recessed lighting, and durable Karndean “Bathstone” flooring.

By trading out their dated fiberglass units and tired oak cabinets for premium materials and a unified design theme, we brought a high end, cohesive look to the entire home. Masters Suite The Problem:The original master bath felt basic and dated, featuring an old-fashioned cream-colored tub combination, dark floors, and a standard golden-oak vanity that lacked a premium feel. The Result: We removed the old unit and installed a gorgeous custom Onyx shower system complete with a built-in shower bench. We paired it with a substantial 60-inch double-bowl vanity featuring elegant “Kona” Bertch cabinetry, a Sierra Onyx top with dual Venetian bowls, matching recessed medicine cabinets, and sleek brushed nickel fixtures. Hallway Bathroom The Problem: The common hallway bathroom suffered from the exact same look. December’s job of the month features a repeat customer of ours! A couple years back we remodeled their basement bathroom and they were so happy with the work they called us for their upstairs bathroom! Check out the before and afters below. We fully gutted the room, added all new purple board that we finished, primed and painted, a new Bertch cabinet with a double bowl Onyx Collection top to match their Onyx Collection solid surface shower! The shower includes a bench seat, Delta fixtures and a 5/16″ glass shower door. We also installed a new American Standard Champion PRO toilet and a Karndean Luxury Vinyl gluedown floor.
